Growth stack
Use this posting to prepare
Each subsection below is grounded in something the posting or the role fields actually say. Use them as prompts — not as finished resume copy.
Step 1
Terms in the actual posting. Use these only where they match your real experience.
Step 2
Worth raising before applying or in the first recruiter conversation.
01Which channels own the largest part of the growth or pipeline target today?
Why ask this: Triggered when paid search or paid social signals appear in the posting. Triggered by the posting’s mention of paid acquisition / demand gen signals.
02Which systems and attribution models are considered the source of truth?
Why ask this: Triggered when marketing ops, attribution, or analytics tooling is named. Triggered by the posting’s mention of marketing ops / analytics tooling.
03How are retention, activation, and reactivating-lapsed accounts measured?
Why ask this: Triggered when lifecycle or retention signals appear. Triggered by the posting’s mention of lifecycle / retention signals.
04What's the team's experimentation cadence and how are winning experiments shipped?
Why ask this: Triggered when A/B testing or experimentation language appears.
Step 3
Each angle below starts from a real signal in the posting. The phrase “if this reflects your real experience” matters — don’t invent experience you don’t have.
Angle 01
ABM / partner angle
If this reflects your real background, emphasize: account selection and tiering, 1:1 campaigns and field events, and working closely with sales / channel
Why we suggest this: posting mentions abm.
Keyword stuffing, fabricated bullets, or borrowed metrics tend to backfire in the first screen. Use these as a checklist, not a script.

Hi there!
Zapier is hiring an Enterprise Demand Gen Manager to own pipeline generation for our Enterprise segment. You'll build and run multi-channel campaigns that drive monthly pipeline across enterprise companies with complex buying committees.
This role sits at the intersection of product data, sales partnership, and campaign craft. You decide which accounts to target, what great outreach looks like, and how to turn product engagement signals into pipeline. You'll partner directly with Enterprise AEs on account strategy, run experiments weekly, and own full-funnel campaign performance from first touch through closed-won.
You care about the craft of enterprise marketing and the people on the other side of it. You love the moment when account intel, timing, and creativity line up and a campaign actually moves a deal.
About You
You have 5 or more years of B2B marketing experience with a strong focus on enterprise demand gen and outbound, and a track record of hitting pipeline targets
You have a background in in SaaS or automation/integration platforms with experience marketing to enterprise IT, Sales Operations, or RevOps personas
You've run integrated, complex campaigns across digital, events, and partner channels, and you know how to measure impact
You read signals -- product usage, intent, firmographic -- as buyer context, not just filters, and you know how to translate them into timely, relevant outreach.
You run structured experiments -- three or more per week -- and treat misses as data, not failures. You form a hypothesis, test it, and iterate fast
You have built campaigns that Sales actually adopts: sequences, messaging frameworks, and playbooks that scale beyond any individual campaign
You've built and deployed AI-powered workflows that connect tools, automate multi-step processes, and produce measurable impact on your work
You are comfortable with and you've built campaigns for segments without established playbooks
You have hands-on experience with modern outbound engagement platforms (Hubspot, Gong Engage) ABM platforms (Demandbase, 6sense) and enrichment tools (Clay, ZoomInfo, Apollo).
Define and execute signal-led outbound strategy for enterprise accounts: choosing which accounts earn outreach, when, and through which channels.
Build and run multi-channel campaigns across outbound, events, webinars, and digital that drive enterprise pipeline from first touch through closed-won.
Write and refine enterprise outbound messaging aligned to Zapier's AI and automation use cases, across buying committee personas.
Design account-based plays for high-value targets: multi-threading across buying committees, persona-specific outreach, and deal acceleration.
Partner directly with Sales to align campaigns with active deal motion and enable the team with sequences, messaging frameworks, and activation guidance.
Run three or more experiments per week across messaging, channels, offers, and timing, and share learnings that compound across the team.
Design and ship AI-driven workflows that orchestrate tools like agents, LLMs, and enrichment platforms into repeatable systems that elevate outbound quality across campaigns
